I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors and a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as a Master's in Counseling. I became licensed as a professional counselor (LPC) in Arkansas since 1990, licensed as a drug and alcohol counselor (LADAC) in 2007. I also have a national certification as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), TeleHealth Certified. and also I am a Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM). I also have a Cognitive Processing Therapy certification with provider status. I have provided counseling to various populations throughout my career to include children, adolescents, adults as well as couples. Currently, I serve on the LADAC State Board for substance abuse therapists and have since 2020.
